Xenia Tang

Xenia Tang is passionate in transforming operation and customer experience through digitalisation, data analytics and service delivery.  She is with Airport Authority Hong Kong, where she was recruited as Management Trainee immediately after university graduation in Sociology and recently became one of the youngest Managers.  Other than technology, Xenia also pours her heart into arts & culture, education & empowerment, deaf & sign language community and sustainable development.


Xenia was recognised as a member by World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community in 2020.  She is the project lead and co-founder of Purpose Exchange in the Hong Kong Hub that fosters purposeful business for sustainable development among youth. She also serves in the AI Future Lab to advance public engagement in artificial intelligence.


Xenia has been a member of the Sir Edward Youde Scholars Association since 2011.  She was graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.  In her free time, Xenia enjoys hiking, scuba diving, photography and visiting museums.
